Our Vision
Swiss construction projects need a new culture of collaboration. Too often, delays, additional costs and frustration arise because decisions are made via WhatsApp, feedback is missing and consequences are not visible.
We believe: with the right structure, clear protocols and digital support, project teams can work faster, more safely and more cost-consciously. The goal is not control – it is mutual trust that grows through transparency.
MontaConnect is the platform for these project alliances: a network that connects building owners, general contractors, trades and craftspeople and safeguards their processes.

Founder & CEO
Philip is an industrial engineer with over 5 years of experience in the Swiss construction industry. He knows the pain points of project managers, craftspeople and building owners first-hand – and founded MontaConnect to solve them.
Focus: Project alliance logic, culture work, dialogue procedures based on SIA model, target cost management

Why We Do This
Every year, unnecessary delays and costs arise in Swiss construction projects. The reason is often not a lack of competence – it is a lack of structure for collaboration. Decisions are made across four different channels. Defects arise from misunderstandings. Rework accumulates because context is lost.
We have experienced how often everyone on the project agreed – but nobody had it in writing. How often an agreement was forgotten 48 hours later. How often decisions didn't reach the right people.
With MontaConnect, we want to end this frustration. Not through regulations, but through rituals. Not through bureaucracy, but through digital safeguarding. Not for one party, but for the project.
