Every installer automatically receives their daily card each morning with all jobs. Exact addresses (with route planning), on-site contacts and tasks to be performed. Spontaneous schedule changes are pushed to the phone immediately via the app.
Material & Tool Check
The app shows a checklist of all required materials and tools for the day before departure. On-site, the same check can be done again, including QR scans of equipment or packages.
Easy Defect Reporting
If a problem arises during work, the installer can document it directly in the app as a defect with a photo. Set the category, responsible person and deadline – the report reaches the site management immediately.
Digital Time & Material Reports
Track additional working time, select required materials and have the report countersigned by the client or site manager at the end – directly on your smartphone or tablet. No more paperwork.
Digital Acceptance with Signature
When a trade is completed, the installer can have an acceptance performed directly on-site. The app guides through a checklist, the client or site manager signs digitally.
Offline Mode
The app works completely offline. All daily data is synced in the morning. If no network is available, the app continues working locally and syncs automatically as soon as a connection is restored.

MontaConnect doesn't end at recording – it also follows up on rework. Once defects are captured, the system supports site management in scheduling them efficiently. A dispatcher module suggests which employee or subcontractor is best suited for the task based on proximity, skills and availability.
